The Utah Poetry Festival will be held virtually April 14-15, 2023, with featured readings and panel discussions.

The 2022 Utah Poetry Festival will be hybrid, with a variety of events taking place in person and virtually throughout the month of April across Utah. Core festival events will feature poetry workshops, readings, virtual craft talks on poetry and poetics.

The Utah Poetry Festival is hosted by Utah’s poet laureate, Lisa Bickmore, and is funded by fellowships and grants from the Utah Division of Arts and Museums, and Utah Humanities.

The Utah Poetry Festival is free and open to the public. Virtual events can be watched live or streamed later via the Utah Humanities YouTube channel. In-person events will strictly follow CDC-recommended protocol for Covid-19. Registration will open late March. View the schedule to register (Schedule coming soon!). Festival attendees must register for each event they wish to attend.

Complete schedule and registration will be available in late March 2023.
